It’s quite simple: when you buy a ticket, you automatically gain access to the online members’ area of Matthias Parey | HOP Mentoring & Consulting. There, you can access the HOP Basics course, the HOP Toolbox and the HOP Community.

First and foremost, HOPKON® is the first conference of its kind in which HOP and related topics are not merely a side issue, but take centre stage. For the very first time, speakers and participants with precisely this area of interest are coming together. For the first time, the event is aimed at representatives from both Health & Safety and People & Culture, as it is precisely these groups that must work closely together on the implementation and further development of organisational culture. It is also a particular priority for HOPKON® that there is no hectic 20-minute schedule for the presentations. HOPKON® gives all speakers the necessary scope to present their topics appropriately, and all participants should thus always have the opportunity to draw the right conclusions for themselves through exchange, discussion and reflection.

The Mercure Hotel Dortmund Messe has set aside a block of rooms for HOPKON®. You’ll find out how to book from this block once you’ve ordered your ticket. The room allocation will be released on 26 July 2026, after which the rooms will go back on general sale. So please book your ticket and your room well in advance! Update from 25 July: a small allocation will continue to be held until 21 August. Subject to availability only!

Tickets are available exclusively via the payment provider Stripe. On the booking page, you’ll enter your personal details and billing information, and can then choose from various payment methods (e.g. direct debit, credit card, Link). Immediately after your purchase, Stripe will issue an invoice on my behalf, which will be sent to your email address. I will be notified of the purchase and will then send you an email containing all the details regarding your participation in HOPKON. You will usually receive this email within 48 hours at the latest.

Good to know: If you request just one ticket but then end up buying several, I’ll always charge you the best available price, including volume discounts. So you really can’t go wrong.

The ticket price for HOPKON will increase in stages on specific dates. The following ticket allocations, prices and periods are planned: €890 in the pre-sale until 4 January 2026 (for former participants and newsletter subscribers only) €990 in the early bird sale until 6 April (or, to put it simply: until Easter Monday) €1,290 standard price from 7 April until the end (all prices are net, plus 19% VAT, and subject to availability)
